ナイロンの毛羽が多いスパン糸とポリエステルで作られたインテリアファブリックの表情が強い化繊のコーデュロイ生地を使っています。街中でおじいちゃんが被っている、どこのブランドかわからないけどかっこいいキャップをイメージしました。CUSTOM'80とはブランドを始める土台となった紳士服製造業の屋号名です。TOZAOUの"T"のロゴを起点に高級自動車メーカーや運送屋を想起させるデザインです。

It’s made from a corduroy fabric with a strong, interior-like texture, woven from polyester and nylon spun yarns with a slightly fuzzy surface. The design was inspired by those cool caps you sometimes see old men wearing in the city—stylish, but with no visible brand. “CUSTOM’80” is the name of the original menswear manufacturing business that laid the foundation for the brand. The design, which originates from TOZAOU’s “T” logo, evokes the image of luxury car manufacturers or transport companies.
