ミトンをカーゴポケットに見立てたスウェットパンツです。深めのアウトタックと内股膝あたりに2本のダーツをとっていること、腰回りの仕立てをイージーパンツ仕様ではなく、スラックス仕様に近づけることでスウェットにはない立体とキチンと感のあるパンツになります。左ひざのミトンは外して手袋のように使用できます。裾はほどけ防止にステッチをかけた上で切りっぱなしにしています。生地は薄すぎず、硬すぎない落ち感が程よくでるシーズンレスな裏毛を使用しています。よく行くプレス工場で大量に干されていたミトンから思いつきました。

These sweatpants feature cargo pockets designed to resemble mittens. With deep outward tucks and two darts at the inner knee, and a waist construction that is closer to tailored slacks than typical easy pants, these pants achieve a three-dimensional silhouette and a refined look not usually found in sweatpants. The mitten on the left knee can be detached and used like a glove. The hem is raw-cut after being stitched to prevent fraying. The fabric is a seasonless French terry that is neither too thin nor too stiff, providing a moderate drape. The idea came to me from seeing a large number of mittens hanging to dry at a pressing factory I often visit.
